About the role
The Department of Dermatology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure clinician-educator track.
Responsibilities
- Teaching responsibilities may include an interest in academics and teaching.
- Clinical responsibilities may include participation in clinical outpatient and inpatient dermatology.
- Research or scholarship responsibilities may include developing a focused body of research in one or more of the following areas: autoimmune skin diseases, graft versus host disease, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, cutaneous T cell lymphoma, wound healing, clinical epidemiology, cutaneous malignancy, or other related diseases.
Requirements
- Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
- Applicants must be board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology.
Qualifications
- The successful candidate will have prior research experience and have demonstrated evidence of peer-reviewed scholarship.
- Support and mentorship for research will be provided.
