About the role
The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Division of General Pediatrics in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track.
Responsibilities
- Expertise in the specific area of education and clinical care.
- Proficiency and experience in quality, health services and outcomes.
- Teaching responsibilities may include the teaching of residents, fellows, and/or medical students.
- Clinical responsibilities may include providing dermatologic care in the outpatient Pediatric Dermatology clinic and on the inpatient consult service.
Requirements
- An M.D. or equivalent degree.
- Board certification/eligibility in Dermatology and Pediatric Dermatology.
Qualifications
- Experience in education and clinical care.
- Experience in quality, health services and outcomes.
- Ability to teach residents, fellows, and/or medical students.
- Ability to provide dermatologic care in the outpatient Pediatric Dermatology clinic and on the inpatient consult service.
