The Division of Allergy/Immunology in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track.

About the role

  • Teaching responsibilities may include high quality teaching of CHOP fellows and residents.
  • Clinical responsibilities may include developing a regional referral base in Allergy and Immunology.
  • Patient care is provided at CHOP community pediatric specialty care offices in Exton, PA, Lancaster, PA or a combination of locations.
  • Inpatient call is rotated.

Requirements

  • Applicants must have an M.D. degree.
  • Board certified/eligible in Allergy and Immunology.

Qualifications

  • Experience in clinical practice and teaching is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
