About the role
The Division of Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track.
Responsibilities
- Teaching responsibilities may include teaching Allergy and Immunology fellows, other house staff and medical students.
- Experience in the evaluation of the full range of allergic and immunologic diseases is required.
- Primary focus on patient care and teaching of Allergy and Immunology fellows as well as other trainees and medical students.
Requirements
- An M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree.
- Board certified/eligible in Allergy and Immunology.
Qualifications
- 100 credits per year of active and high-quality teaching.
- Experience in the evaluation of the full range of allergic and immunologic diseases.
Skills
- Proficiency in treating both common and complex allergic and immunologic disorders.
- Interest and experience in education and systems improvement initiatives.
