Assistant Production Supervisor - Nights - B Shift

How will you get here?

• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Strong understanding of logistics operations and production planning.
• Ability to analyze data and implement strategies to meet business goals.
• Financial and analytical skills to support operational decision-making.
• Knowledge of international logistics and customs regulations is a plus.
• Proven success in change management and process improvement.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional production activities.
• Familiarity with SPC systems and quality control processes.
• Background in manufacturing metrics and production quality.
