About the role
The Assistant Production Operator position at the Greenville - Spartech Facility offers a dynamic environment where you can contribute to the production of high-quality specialty products. This role involves ensuring polymer resin preparation, material modifications, and accurate data collection, while also supporting new product design and process development.
Responsibilities
- Ensure polymer resin preparation, material modifications, and accurate data collection
- Accurately maintain process conditions and all required paperwork or records
- Provide support to new product design and process development
- Provide technical assistance for the Polymer Processing group and Physical Testing Laboratory if needed
- Perform trouble-shooting techniques for processing a variety of resin types
- Operate lab scale extruders, thermo-formers, etc
