We need to extract sections: About the role (maybe from THE PERSON Role paragraph?), Responsibilities (maybe from duties like coaching teachers, etc.), Requirements (must haves), Qualifications (maybe degrees, certifications), Skills (maybe leadership, coaching, etc.), Benefits (perks), Pay (compensation), Schedule (maybe not present). We must only include sections that have real specific content. Pay: we have starting salary $72,500 and also note "salary offers commensurate with experience". The phrase "commensurate with experience" is placeholder-like but we have actual starting salary. So we can include Pay section with starting salary $72,500 and note that offers commensurate with experience? The rule: do NOT include a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). So we should avoid including just that phrase alone. But we have actual starting salary $72,500, so we can include that. The phrase "salary offers commensurate with experience" is filler; we could omit that sentence or keep only the concrete number. We should preserve all substantive information; we can keep the starting salary and maybe note it's a salaried position. The phrase "salary offers commensurate with experience" is somewhat filler but it's attached to the concrete number; we could keep the sentence but it includes filler. Safer to include only the concrete number and maybe note it's a salaried position. The rule says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. It doesn't forbid having filler within a section as long as there is also substantive content. Probably okay. Schedule: No info about schedule (hours, etc.) so we should not include Schedule section. Benefits: we have retirement plans, PTO, paid leave programming, comprehensive benefits program, fun fact about Nashville (maybe not a benefit but could be included under Benefits or maybe a separate "About the location"? Not required). We'll include Benefits section with those items. About the role: Could be the initial paragraph describing role and mission. We'll put that under About the role. Responsibilities: Could be the bullet list of duties: bringing charter school leadership experience, demonstrating 3-5 years teaching experience, showing track record, coaching and developing teachers. Those are more like requirements but also responsibilities. We'll separate: Responsibilities: coaching and developing teachers, driving academic results, closing achievement gaps, etc. But we need to avoid duplication. Requirements: Must haves: previous charter school leadership experience, 3-5 years teaching experience, proven record, etc. Also degrees, certifications. Qualifications: Could be education requirements: Bachelor's degree required, Master's required, valid teaching certification required, endorsement in ESL or Special Education required. Skills: Could be leadership, coaching, instructional expertise, data-driven, etc. Might be derived from traits: passion for academic excellence, results-oriented mindset, genuine care for scholars, resilience, humility, expertise in content, deep standards knowledge, best instructional practices. We need to ensure we don't repeat same info across sections unnecessarily but we can distribute. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. Let's extract substantive content: - Position title (not heading) - Reports To: Principal (maybe we can include in a short p under About the role or as metadata) - Location: Liberty Collegiate Academy/ Nashville Prep - Compensation: Starting salary $72,500 - THE PERSON Role paragraph: "RePublic Schools seeks team members from a wide range of backgrounds, talents, experiences, and perspectives. for each section we include. We need to decide which sections to include: - About the role: could combine the initial role paragraph and maybe the "EVERY OPPORTUNITY STARTS WITH BELIEF" paragraph (mission). That seems appropriate. - Responsibilities: maybe the duties like coaching and developing teachers, driving academic results, closing achievement gaps, etc. But those are also in MUST HAVES. However we can treat MUST HAVES as Requirements/Qualifications. Responsibilities could be the actions expected: coaching teachers
