Assistant Principal- Boothbay Region Elementary School

Responsibilities

• Supporting a comprehensive social/emotional/behavioral school-wide system
• Assisting students in overcoming behavior or social problems in a positive manner that improves student learning and personal progress
• Conducting classroom observations and providing meaningful feedback to improve classroom instruction, management, and pedagogy
• Managing the ordering of curriculum and instructional materials across the school
• School and district state assessment coordinator
• Assisting with the development of professional development, including PBIS school coordination and leadership

Qualifications

This position requires a passion for children and learning, commitment to professional development, forward-thinking approach, a great sense of humor, and a Maine DOE Assistant Building Administration Certificate (045).

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $92,000 based on experience.
