Assistant Pool Manager for Outdoor Pools
About the role
The Assistant Pool Manager position involves managing assigned pool staff, patrolling the pool area, enforcing safety rules, and maintaining the aquatic facility.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned pool staff
- Patrol the pool area
- Enforce safety rules and facility regulations
- Exercise administrative, supervisory, and professional work in aquatic facility operations and coordination of aquatic programs
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- One year of head lifeguarding, swim lesson instructor, and pool maintenance experience preferred
- Current certification in American Red Cross Lifeguarding at time of hire
- Successfully pass the District Water Tests

- Outgoing, organized, and dedicated to safety and customer service
- Professional and welcoming demeanor
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to swim to safety with a full-grown adult and remain calm in emergencies
- Ability to follow and enforce all pool standards and rules

About Us

We serve residents in Bow Mar, Columbine Valley, Centennial west of I-25, Littleton, Lone Tree and Sheridan and unincorporated portions of Douglas, Jefferson and Arapahoe counties.
