About the role
Off-White/Avirex is seeking a dynamic Assistant Planner to join its Planning team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and works well collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and format all Omni-channel monthly reporting data
- Support management of wholesale topside by account
- Conduct historical sales analysis to inform seasonal hindsight reviews
- Aid in monthly close processes for wholesale and DTC channels
- Identify risks and opportunities impacting sales and gross margin performance
- Develop and enhance ad hoc Omni-channel analytics and reporting
- Build Open-to-Buy (OTB) class plans for DTC and wholesale, including Omni roll-ups
- Analyze size selling performance for DTC and provide actionable recommendations to buyers
- Translate top-down financial targets into detailed merchandise plans
- Support in-season forecasting processes
- Prepare sales orders and gross margin recap reports by division and customer
- Track monthly deliveries and analyze their impact on sales performance
- Monitor invoiced sales and forecast alignment
- Assist with monthly reporting for Centric Brands
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong retail math and advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated analytical and business acumen
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency
Qualifications
- Experience in retail planning and analysis
- Understanding of wholesale and DTC operations
- Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
- Experience with data analysis tools and software
