Assistant Parking Manager Colorado Springs Airport ( Overnight Shift )

About the role

The Assistant Parking Manager (Overnights) position at Colorado Spring Airport is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient parking operations, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Aid in supervising location staff, including delegation, coaching, developing, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Provide support to the Operations Manager regarding hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training new employees.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients or property managers, attending location meetings as necessary, and responding to client requests to maintain positive relationships.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the facility and its premises, overseeing ongoing maintenance projects to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Assist in managing ticket inventory, cash flow, reports, and audits to prevent losses due to theft, error, or negligence.
• Support the Operations Manager in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports as required.
• Occasionally fill in to cover front-line positions as needed.
• Communicate respectfully with guests, addressing their inquiries, issues, and concerns, and promptly addressing escalated concerns.
• Respond immediately to reports of accidents, incidents, or safety concerns.

Requirements

This position requires adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines, including DOT physical and drug tests, which are provided at no cost to the applicant.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pay

$18.75 per hour.

11pm to 7am Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
