Assistant or Associate Professor Position in Entrepreneurship-- Management & Global Business
About the role
The Department of Management and Global Business at Rutgers Business School – Newark and New Brunswick is recruiting for a tenure‑track faculty member at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. We seek candidates with a strong research interest in Entrepreneurship, with possible interests in Strategic Management and International Business. The department features world‑renowned faculty specializing in International Business, Strategic Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Theory, Ethics, and Organizational Behavior, and works closely with Ph.D. students and visiting scholars. Faculty members are expected to teach on both the Newark and New Brunswick campuses and are assigned an office on either campus as needed.
Responsibilities
- Participate actively in research, teach undergraduate, graduate and doctoral‑level courses, supervise and work with doctoral students, and engage in service activities as required by the department and/or the school.
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree granted or nearly completed (ABD).
- Active research program.
- Potential to be excellent in teaching undergraduate, MBA, and doctoral‑level courses.
- Interest in supervising and working with doctoral students.
- Willingness to engage in service activities.
