Responsibilities
- Support daily production operations across Pre-Fab departments, including Assembly, Welding, Paint, CNC/Engraving, and support functions.
- Aid in production scheduling, work prioritization, and monitoring work-in-progress to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with Supervisors, Project Coordinators, Procurement, and Material Handling to ensure labor, materials, drawings, and equipment are production-ready.
- Track productivity, labor utilization, backlog, material availability, quality, rework, downtime, and key production metrics.
- Maintain operational dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking to support leadership decision-making.
- Identify production constraints and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and workflow.
- Manage inventory control, material receiving, staging, logistics, and project-specific material management.
- Assist with process compliance, SOP implementation, safety initiatives, equipment readiness, and workforce training.
- Cross-functional communication, track operational action items, risks, and project support activities.
- Support reporting, system adoption, and continuous improvement using operational tools such as Kojo, WorkMax, Power BI, and Excel.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, prefabrication, manufacturing, production operations, logistics, or a related environment.
- Leadership experience as a Foreman, Lead, Supervisor, Project Coordinator, or similar role preferred.
- Strong understanding of production scheduling, material flow, shop operations, and performance tracking.
- Experience in fast-paced manufacturing, fabrication, or construction support environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Power BI, Kojo, WorkMax, Accubid, Conest, or similar systems is a plus.
- Ability to interpret drawings, work orders, bills of material, and production documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
