- Previous front office supervisory and/or management experience (1-2 years preferred)
- High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, exceptional customer service provider, and ability to improve the bottom line
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Union experience strongly preferred

Pay
Salary range for this role is $66,300 – $72,000. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
Schedule
A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required.
