Assistant Officer - Retail Sales (Cattle Feed)

About the role

Sell cattle feed products directly to retailers and small-scale resellers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Promote product benefits, usage, and special offers to customers.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
• Ensure product availability and proper display at retail outlets.
• Coordinate with distributors and dealers for timely stock replenishment.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Submit regular sales and market reports to supervisors.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product return issues professionally.
• Collect customer feedback regarding product performance and market demand.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Skills in sales support, sales management, sales targets, sales administration, retail management, domestic sales, channel sales, sales operations, advertising sales, and sales skills.
