Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the department(s)
• Assist with supervision of all personnel, procedures, ordering of supplies and equipment
• Manage schedules

Qualifications

• Education: Academic degree in nursing required (bachelor's or master's degree); Master's degree in Nursing or related field required (health administration, business, public health, or management)
• Experience: 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position
• Certifications: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; AHA BLS
