About the role

The Assistant Director of Nursing will oversee the nursing operations within the designated department, ensuring quality patient care and compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing management experience.
• Current RN license in New York State.
• Experience in pediatric primary care setting preferred.
