Assistant Nurse Manager - Outpatient Oncology Infusion

Role Overview

This position involves coordinating patient care in an outpatient infusion setting, managing staff, maintaining equipment, and overseeing operational goals. It requires ensuring quality patient care tailored to age and developmental needs, developing collaborative care plans, and documenting interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate staff, including hiring, training, assigning work, and conducting performance reviews.
• Participate in staffing, budgeting, and responding to operational changes to meet departmental goals.
• Manage patient care activities, ensuring adherence to policies and documentation standards.

Qualifications & Skills

BSN required; RN license essential. 2+ years of RN experience; oncology experience preferred. Experience in supervisory roles is advantageous, with 2+ years for preferred qualifications.
