Responsibilities

• Manage staff productivity, conduct performance evaluations, and address disciplinary actions.
• Assist in developing departmental staffing, revenue, and expense budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
• Provide patient care aligned with planned interventions, documenting according to policies.
• Create collaborative care plans based on assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
• Oversee staff scheduling, payroll updates, and communication; determine staffing needs and make nursing assignments.
• Support operational goals, respond to business changes, and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required, RN licensure essential.
• 2+ years of nursing experience; oncology experience preferred.
• Experience in supervisory roles is advantageous, with 5-10 years of experience preferred.
