About the role

Baptist Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Assistant Nurse Manager position with the Outpatient Infusion Center in Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to nursing staff
• Manage and check the nursing schedule
• Ensure all shifts are covered
• Conduct assessments and performance reviews
• Tend to patient care and assist physicians throughout the day

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Oncology experience
• 3-5 years of Nursing experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN) - State Nursing Boards
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA
