Baptist Downtown is hiring an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Heart 4 North Cardiac Surgical Progressive Care team. This is a full-time night shift opportunity, 7p-7a. Assistant Nurse Manager, Job Responsibilities Assists the Nurse Manager with unit/area operationsWorks closely with the direct care staff during their shift to deliver quality patient careIs an expert clinical resourceFacilitates the admission, transfer and discharge flowTakes a lead role in implementing changesSupports and coaches staff developmentMakes shift to shift patient care assignmentsTakes a direct patient care assignment as needed. Experience Requirements 2 Years Hospital Nursing Experience required.
