• Leading staff scheduling, payroll reconciliation, communication, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

• RN license with a nursing diploma or associate's degree (BSN preferred).
• 5+ years of neonatal ICU experience (supervisory experience advantageous).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
