Assistant Nurse Manager - Medical Telemetry - Full Time Day

Role Overview: The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) provides clinical expertise and leadership within the Medical Surgical Telemetry team, supporting daily operations, mentoring caregivers, and promoting a culture of clinical excellence and patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Partner with nursing leadership to guide clinical practice, develop staff, ensure safe and high-quality care, and foster a positive work environment. Lead from the front to support caregivers and shape organizational culture. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BS or BSN); RN license in Oregon; BLS certification from American Heart Association.Preferred: recent acute care experience, charge nurse experience, leadership background, shared governance involvement.
