Responsibilities

• Provides managerial assistance to the Nurse Manager
• Hiring, staffing, and scheduling
• Orientation and performance assessment
• Budget monitoring
• Maintaining and establishing patient care standards
• Policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Nursing and Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years applicable nursing experience
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory/leadership experience in healthcare organization
• Financial and budgetary experience preferred

Skills

• Strong problem solving, decision making, and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in the use of computers including MS Office applications
