This position involves managing nursing staff in Interventional Radiology and Radiation Oncology, including RN's, Nurse Navigators, and Coordinators. The manager oversees patient care, personnel management, equipment maintenance, and departmental operations.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, and performance evaluations of nursing staff
• Staffing and ensuring productivity aligns with departmental goals
• Developing care plans for patients
• Supervising staff schedules
• Participating in budget management
• Ensuring quality patient care
• Maintaining equipment
• Supporting departmental operational and financial goals

Qualifications

• RN license with a BSN required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2‑5 years of RN experience with supervisory duties
• 5‑10 years of experience and
• Radiology experience is a plus
