Assistant Nurse Manager Inpatient Dialysis
Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented, positive, energetic, and compassionate Assistant Nurse Manager to support leadership in our newly created Dialysis Unit. This position is ideal for a dynamic clinical nurse aspiring to advance into a formal leadership role. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates strong clinical expertise, and is dedicated to staff development and delivering high-quality patient care. As this role is integral to the development and launch of new units, schedule flexibility, sound decision-making skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for success.
Position Requirements
Associate's degree in nursing required.
Bachelor Degree of Nursing is strongly preferred.
1-2 years of previous job experience
3-5 years of previous job-related experience strongly preferred
Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Illinois
CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
Other: Specialty certification in a clinical or functional area of nursing granted by a national nursing organization is preferred.
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF DIALYSIS EXPERIENCE

Pay Range: $40.46 - $64.74 (Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.)
