This position involves providing clinical and administrative leadership within a Medical-Surgical unit, fostering teamwork, strong communication, and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the nursing team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and staff engagement.
• Drive team performance, oversee clinical practices, and promote a collaborative work environment.
• Participate in leadership onboarding, mentorship, and staff development initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with licensure, certification, and unit-specific training requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience; prior leadership experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; BSN or graduate degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• Successful completion of skills validation, competency testing, and leader training.
• Ability to support unit-specific interventions and initiatives.
