Assistant Nurse Manager - Endoscopy - Bayfront Hospital

The Assistant Nurse Operations Manager (ANOM) is responsible for the management of their designated unit/department, including nursing practice and administrative oversight of the area. In conjunction with the Unit/Department Nursing Operations Manager, the ANOM provides guidance and direction on all aspects of unit operations including customer experience, budgetary performance, human resources activities, shared leadership, and quality outcomes. Bachelor in Nursing Degree (BSN). Required orBachelor in Nursing (BSN) with Graduate degree in Business or health-related field preferred. Preferred orMasters in Nursing (MSN), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). Preferred2 Years as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting. RequiredCurrent licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). Required andMaintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Required andMay require one or more of the following certifications based on the assigned patient population * Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) * Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) * Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Required andTrauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) Required
