Responsibilities

• Manage staff performance, conduct evaluations, and ensure productivity aligns with department objectives.
• Develop and monitor departmental budgets, adjusting for business changes.
• Provide patient care tailored to age and developmental needs, documenting interventions per policy.
• Create collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments.
• Oversee staff scheduling, payroll updates, and communication; handle staffing needs and performance issues.
• Ensure departmental operational goals are met through effective leadership and staff management.

Qualifications

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience; supervisor experience ideal but not required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Preferred: BSN and 5–10 years of experience with supervisory roles.
