Assistant Nurse Manager – Emergency Department, Baptist & Wolfson St. Augustine Emergency Room (St. Augustine, FL). This full‑time night‑shift position supports a high‑volume emergency center that provides convenient access to high‑quality care for a rapidly growing community. Responsibilities

• Work closely with direct‑care staff during the shift to deliver quality patient care.
• Serve as an expert clinical resource for the team.
• Facilitate admission, transfer, and discharge flow.
• Take a lead role in implementing changes to improve operations.
• Support and coach staff development.
• Make shift‑to‑shift patient care assignments.
• Take a direct patient care assignment as needed.

Requirements

• 3–5 years nursing experience (required).
• Medical‑Surgical and Telemetry experience (required).
• Leadership and Charge Nurse experience (required).
• Associate of Science in Nursing (required); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
• Licensed Registered Nurse (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).

Schedule

Full‑time night shift.
