Assistant Nurse Manager, Dermatology & mohs surgery

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing nursing staff schedules and assignments.
• Monitor patient care activities to ensure compliance with standards.
• Support staff development through training and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Act as a liaison between staff and management.
• Address patient and staff concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required, master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in ambulatory care.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Pay

$140,000.00 USD - $208,000.00 USD
