Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the Critical Care Unit (ICU/CCU) with efficiency and heart
- Deliver hands-on, high-quality patient care as needed
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff—be the leader others look up to
- Oversee scheduling, evaluations, and team dynamics
- Maintain top-tier compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
- Manage audits, inventory, training coordination, and more
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Drive quality improvement initiatives with purpose and passion
- Lead by example in professionalism, accountability, and clinical expertise
Required Education, Licensure, Certifications
- Current RN license in South Carolina or a compact state
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum 3 years of recent ICU/critical care nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification with the American Heart Association
