About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Assistant Nurse Manager to support our Acute Internal Medicine Unit. This role involves assisting the Nurse Manager with daily operations, clinical oversight, staff development, and maintaining high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff performance, including mentoring and leading performance evaluations
• Coordinate patient care plans and ensure proper documentation
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, productivity, and payroll activities
• Support departmental budgeting and ensure operational goals are met
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain safety standards
• Foster a collaborative work environment and support staff development

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Active RN licensure
• 2+ years of RN experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
