About the role

Supports the Nurse Manager in daily operations, clinical oversight, staff development, and maintaining high patient care standards. Acts as a mentor and clinical leader to foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Assisting in staffing, budget adherence, and responding to operational changes.
• Overseeing patient care planning, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitoring staff productivity, conducting performance reviews, and managing staff scheduling.
• Ensuring safety compliance and supporting departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• 2+ years of RN experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience with staff management, performance reviews, and budget adherence is advantageous.
