About the role

As an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager (ANSM), you will support the Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) in setting up the sales office for success. Your day will start between 9-10am in the assigned model home or sales office, where you will greet prospects and appointments, learn their priorities in a home search, and show available homes.

You will maintain sales and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy across brochures, the website, and listings. Throughout the week, you will communicate with homebuyers to address questions about home progress, loan information, and other needs. You will also collaborate with corporate marketing to announce neighborhood events and submit listing information to StanleyMartin.com and the MLS.

Your role is key to ensuring the neighborhood looks great, providing high-quality customer service, and helping achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Greet prospects and appointments at the model home, understanding their home search priorities.
  • Show available homes and assist homebuyers throughout the buying process.
  • Maintain and audit sales and marketing materials, including brochures and the website, for accuracy.
  • Communicate with homebuyers to answer questions about home progress, loan information, and other details.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing to promote neighborhood events and update listings on StanleyMartin.com and the MLS.
  • Ensure the sales office and neighborhood presentation are professional and welcoming.
  • Support the Neighborhood Sales Manager in achieving sales goals.

Requirements

  • Motivated by friendly competition and driven to hit sales goals.

  • Experience using a customer service approach in previous work.
  • Eagerness and ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Detail-oriented to review marketing materials and sales contracts effectively.
  • Organizational skills to track prospect outreach and sales needs.
  • Critical thinking to assess and respond to various situations.
  • Ability to work until 6pm and on weekends.
  • Proficiency in software systems, including MS Office.
