Assistant Montessori Preschool Teacher (Ages 3 - 6)

Opportunity
We are conducting a search for a full-time assistant classroom teacher to support one of our Primary communities (ages 3 - 6).
Responsibilities
- Help children fulfill their developmental potential in an authentically prepared, inspiring Montessori environment.
- Work under the direction of the Lead Guide.
Requirements
- Completion of at least 12 college-level early childhood education credits
- Enjoy working with young children
- Are warm, joyful, and professional;
- Have valid CPR and first aid certification, or willingness to become CPR and first aid-certified before you begin employment;
- Have negative TB test results within the last 12 months or willingness to take a TB test which show negative results before your first day of employment;
- Are a US citizen or green card holder.
Details
- Competitive compensation ($20 - $23 per hour to start, depending on qualifications)
