About the role
Responsible for managing the meat department, ensuring high-quality products are available and staff are trained in meat preparation and safety.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
- Train and supervise staff in meat preparation and food safety
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
- Experience in meat preparation and food safety
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of POS systems
