About the role

The Assistant Manager role is vital to the operations within the restaurant. You will lead important internal functions, support the General Manager, and ensure the restaurant meets performance and quality standards in kitchen operations, people management, and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal functions, including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
• Delegate tasks to team members and report results
• Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items in the kitchen
• Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
• Organize key service areas to deliver a memorable guest experience
• Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
