Responsibilities
- Teach British Swim School lessons with encouragement and positive reinforcement
- Ensure all instructors are knowledgeable and confident on teaching the lessons, and able to be in the water as required themselves
- Aid in scheduling classes, make-ups, welcoming new enrollments, and speaking with parents on Deck
Requirements
- Strong Hospitality and Service oriented experience, such as Hotel, Restaurants, Country Club or Airlines
- Willing to work second shift - typically 2 PM - 8:30 PM Mondays - Fridays with rotating Saturdays and Sundays
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Ability to instruct swimming lessons within a structured program
- Comfortable in and around the water. Previous swimming experience
- High end Retail, Hotel, Airline, or any Service industry background is strongly preferred
- Experience working with children, nice to have

About the Role
The Assistant Manager's number one priority is on teaching, coaching, and training the aquatics program at British Swim School. They ensure that all instructors are knowledgeable and confident on teaching the lessons, and able to be in the water as required themselves. This position will also assist with scheduling classes, make-ups, welcoming new enrollments, and speaking with parents on Deck.
