About the role

Keep operations moving. Lead logistics that keep the business running. American National is seeking an Assistant Manager, Logistics Coordination & Distribution to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, workplace services, facilities logistics, and material distribution across multiple company locations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead warehouse, logistics, inventory, and distribution operations
  • Cook up office moves, workspace planning, furniture installations, and facility improvements
  • Manage company assets, records storage, forms inventory, and material distribution
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory control processes
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers
  • Maintain budgets, expenses, purchasing activities, and operational reporting
  • Support safety, compliance, security, and emergency response efforts
  • Provide leadership and guidance to logistics and facilities support staff

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, facilities management, operations, or a related field
  • Experience managing vendors, projects, budgets, and operational processes
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management, workplace services, and facilities operations
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading logistics, warehouse, facilities, or maintenance teams
  • Background in facilities, property, construction, or operations management
  • Experience with inventory, procurement, or project management systems
  • Forklift certification or warehouse operations experience is a plus
