American National is seeking an Assistant Manager, Logistics Coordination & Distribution to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, workplace services, facilities logistics, and material distribution across multiple company locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead warehouse, logistics, inventory, and distribution operations
- Coordinate office moves, workspace planning, furniture installations, and facility improvements
- Manage company assets, records storage, forms inventory, and material distribution
- Oversee shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory control processes
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers
- Monitor budgets, expenses, purchasing activities, and operational reporting
- Support safety, compliance, security, and emergency response efforts
- Provide leadership and guidance to logistics and facilities support staff
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, facilities management, operations, or a related field
- Experience managing vendors, projects, budgets, and operational processes
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of inventory management, workplace services, and facilities operations
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading logistics, warehouse, facilities, or maintenance teams
- Background in facilities, property, construction, or operations management
- Experience with inventory, procurement, or project management systems
- Forklift certification or warehouse operations experience is a plus
