Responsibilities
- Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Participate in a 3-4 week store leadership training program
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius of home
- Available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Serve Safe certified
- ADA compliant workspace
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters
- Fast-paced work environment, effective verbal communication, adaptability, and conflict resolution skills
