About the role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient shopping environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and product displays.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
