Assistant Manager - Guernsey
About the role
Join our team in one of our Morrisons Daily stores as an Assistant Manager and help deliver outstanding service while supporting our store's success. This role covers a number of responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of our shop floors:
- Support store operations
- Customer service excellence
- Team leadership
- Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations
- Stock management
- Handling customer complaints and queries
- Contribute towards colleague training across the store
Requirements
You’ll be the type of person who:

- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Has a hands-on approach to problem solving
- Has a passion for retail
Please note: For our premises that sell alcohol, suitable candidates must be over the age of 18 due to licensing conditions.
