About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and coordination of contract services providers.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery according to client specifications.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service quality.
- Prepare and present reports on service performance and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract services management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
