What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you will:
- Drive sales and profitability, foster a customer-first culture, and execute daily business priorities
- Lead and develop a high-performance team aligned with company values
- Plan and execute daily tasks, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team
- Support and maintain a safe work environment through safety training and accountability
- Validate and maintain loss prevention policies and inventory management initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Proven leadership experience delivering results and operational outcomes
- Effective communication and adaptability
- In-the-moment coaching and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
- Sound decision-making and effective delegation skills
- Ability to execute daily priorities efficiently
- Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail environment
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Standing, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Hourly Pay Range: $23.45-$27.45
- Eligible for the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after 3 months of service
