Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager by leading daily operations, supervising and training team members, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, educating guests on vehicle needs, managing work schedules, assisting with inventory and store audits, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. Qualifications: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a customer service mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting. High school diploma or equivalent, English fluency, and physical ability to stand, lift, and work in non-climate-controlled environments are required. Skills & Attributes: Positive attitude, attention to detail, leadership, judgment under pressure, and proficiency with KPI data are essential. Flexibility for scheduling is preferred.
