Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager is responsible for helping the General Manager run a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

• May also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers.

Ideal candidates should have previous Management experience running high volume locations. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our Franchise owned and operated restaurants.
