Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager is responsible for helping the General Manager run a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Help the General Manager run a profitable restaurant
• Maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers

Requirements

• Previous Management experience running high volume locations
• A background in quick service restaurants or hospitality/re retail
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our Franchise owned and operated restaurants
