Assistant Manager

About the role

We're looking for a motivated, dependable Assistant Manager who enjoys leading people, delivering great customer service, and helping run a successful restaurant. As an assistant manager, you'll work closely with the general manager to lead the team, maintain high operational standards and create a positive environment for both employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Help lead day to day restaurant operations
• Coach, train, and develop crew members and managers
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness and food safety
• Assist with scheduling and ordering
• Monitor labor, food, and other controllable expenses
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cash control procedures
• Help identify and develop future leaders

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Previous restaurant leadership experience
• Ability to coach and motivate the team
• Strong customer service mindset
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
